ZOZOMETRY offers two measurement methods.
Please follow the steps for the method specified by the organization or merchant that requested your measurement.

■ ”Measurement without a ZOZOSUIT”

For this method, you will need the following:
・An iPhone or iPad
・Tight-fitting clothing, such as a rash guard and similar garments

■ ”Measurement with a ZOZOSUIT”

For this method, you will need the following:
・An iPhone, iPad, or Android device
・A ZOZOSUIT (dedicated measurement suit)
*If needed, the ZOZOSUIT will be sent to you by the organization or merchant that requested your measurement.

◇ How to measure with ZOZOMETRY

◇ 1. Install the ZOZOMETRY App

Install the ZOZOMETRY app on the smartphone you will use for measurement.
Scan the QR code below to install the app.
*If the ZOZOMETRY app is not installed on your smartphone, tapping the measurement URL or QR code you received will take you to the app installation screen.
*”Measurement without a ZOZOSUIT” is only supported on iPhone and iPad.
*Using an unsupported device may result in errors. If the app does not work properly, please check the "Supported OS/Devices" page.

◇ 2. Wear Clothing Suitable for Your Scan

■”Measurement without a ZOZOSUIT”

Your body silhouette needs to be clearly visible during the scan. Please wear tight-fitting clothes.
Refer to the examples below and wear tight-fitting clothing that clearly shows your body shape, such as a rash guard.
*Note: Loose-fitting clothes may affect scanning accuracy.

　　・Your hair is tied back, and your entire neck is visible.

　　・You have taken off your socks and are barefoot.

Check the list below, then change into your ZOZOSUIT.

　　・You have removed all accessories.

　　・You are wearing the ZOZOSUIT over your underwear.

　　・Your hair is tied back, and your entire neck is visible.

　　・Your thumbs are through the thumb holes in the sleeves.

　　・Your heels are aligned with the holes at the hems.

　　・The shirt is pulled down so that it covers the waistband.

　　・All wrinkles in the ZOZOSUIT have been smoothed out.
　　　*Make sure there are no wrinkles, especially around the neck, waist, and arms.

　　・You have taken off your socks and are wearing the suit barefoot.

　　・The ZOZO logo is positioned beside your knee.

　　・The tag at the back of the neck is not sticking out.

◇ 3.  Watch the Tutorial Video

Open the measurement URL or QR code you received to launch the ZOZOMETRY app.
Tap "Start Measurement."

On the volume settings screen, tap "Watch Tutorial" to view a tutorial video explaining the scanning process. For best results, please be sure to watch it.

◇ 4. Scan (Body Measurement)

Follow the voice guidance to complete your body scan.
After scanning, the data will be processed, and a "Scan Successful" message will appear when complete.

[Scanning Environment Checklist]

　　・Scan in a bright location away from direct sunlight or strong light sources.

　　・If placing your smartphone on a table, make sure the edge of the table does not appear in the camera frame.

　　・A plain, single-color background (white or black) is recommended. Avoid colors similar to the clothing you are wearing.

Tap "Start Measurement" to begin scanning.

◇ 5.  View Your Results

Your body measurement results will be displayed on the app screen. Please confirm that the 3D model and measurement values are displayed correctly, then finish the measurement.
*Your results will be sent automatically.
*Note: Once you close the app, your results will no longer be accessible.

◇ Supported OS/Devices

”Measurement without a ZOZOSUIT” is only supported on iPhone and iPad.
Scanning may not work correctly on some devices.
Please check the recommended environments and supported devices in the table below.

*Please note that the service may still be available on devices that are not listed as recommended devices. However, we cannot guarantee proper operation on such devices.

Operation on Android OS 15 has been confirmed for the following devices:
